Insider’s List – Ivan Pun’s Yangon

The latest edition of our Insider’s List features the vibrant, up-and-coming city of Yangon, the center of activity of Myanmar (Burma), and what has been dubbed by many as the hottest new travel destination. I’ve visited Burma twice in the past few years, thank to the hospitality of my dear friend Ivan Pun (he would humbly eschew my claim, but frankly Ivan is THE person to know when in Burma), and each time I was wowed by the history, beauty and mystical quality unique to the country. When Ivan isn’t jetsetting around the world, he heads Pun Projects in Yangon, a firm that is pioneering luxury retail concepts and developing a number of property projects in the city. As a chief tastemaker of his burgeoning city and from my personal adoration of his discerning eye for all things alluring over the years, this is one Insider’s List that I’m delighted to share on xoxoFei.
